Meet our POD, our new portable onsite deployment tool that we like to think of as a “data center in a box.”
This brilliant little guy will join our SWAT team onsite to help us deploy Clarity solutions to new managed IT services clients. During the first week of onboarding to managed services, our POD can be connected directly into our clients’ network, thus allowing us to deliver a faster network assessment and deeper architecture reviews, which means that our new clients will be able have a quicker and more accurate understanding of the gaps and potential areas of concern within their networks. It will also serve as a distribution point to help us deploy our monitoring and backup tools faster.
For many new clients, this POD could shorten the onboarding process significantly, all without creating any noticeable impact to the business’s day-to-day operations. That means faster relief for troubling IT issues, a shorter onboarding cycle, and identification of vulnerabilities before they can cause problems.
The POD is also at the ready for both new and existing Clarity clients who may be experiencing performance or capacity issues. If needed, we can transition production workloads to the POD to provide immediate relief for these types of issues on networks, servers or firewalls.
