Enhanced service expands NetStandard’s ability to build custom web and mobile applications designed to solve more customer problems.
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – February 5, 2014 – Small and mid-sized businesses in Kansas City will soon have access to affordable, custom-built mobile and web applications, thanks to NetStandard’s expansion of their application development team.
In response to an increased demand for application development services from businesses around the metro, NetStandard has expanded its staff of business analysts, developers and quality assurance staff with the creation of a dedicated team based out of the company’s Overland Park office. The team will focus on developing mobile, desktop and web applications that can help clients address major issues hindering their business growth. Possible applications could focus on optimizing workflow, leveraging location services, providing confirmation and “check ins” for a mobile workforce, creating document management tools, optimizing marketing efforts with geo-fencing, or providing solutions for route management.
“We’re looking at ways to solve the next evolution of customer problems,” says Jon DeHaven, vice president of professional services for NetStandard. “That includes creating ways for our clients to generate additional advertising revenue, increase their visibility in the marketplace or simply address their workflow issues. We are now essentially able to take our clients from business analysis to planning, coding, testing and delivering a final product.”
Clients have the option to build applications on ioS (Apple), Windows .NET or Android operating systems, and the team will have the ability to transform applications to multiple operating systems quickly and with minimal cost. These custom applications will also be capable of integrating with the clients’ proprietary systems and with NetStandard’s suite of Microsoft-based ERP and CRM systems, thus creating a seamless experience between standalone applications.
