NetStandard's NOC is staffed 7x24x365 for customers with extended service needs.

• Incident Response and Support Aligned with Your Business Needs - NetStandard's Customer Health Models ensure 7x24x365 monitoring, incident response and resolution is aligned with customer business needs.

• On-site Engineering Services - On-site support services to assist with moves, adds and changes and additional services as required to resolve identified issues

• Back-Up Monitoring and Administration - The critical data on your servers is your company's greatest asset. NetStandard helps you setup a backup process to ensure the greatest protection of your data. We monitor and maintain daily backups. We monitor backup logs and immediately notify you if there are critical errors during the backup process. NetStandard assists in restoring data in the event of data loss to minimize business disruptions.
