Data Center clients can report incidents or request support during business hours (0800-1700 US Central Time) using one of the following methods:
After business hours, clients should contact NetStandard:
- URGENT:
- NSI Network Operating Center (913) 262-3888 (all calls after hours are routed directly to the NOC).
- NON-URGENT
- The NSI NOC is staffed 24x7x365, but if service is required outside of business hours, a phone call should always be placed to ensure the requirements and urgency are adequately communicated.
- Level I thru III engineering support can be provided 24x7x365. Rates for support are dependent upon the Customer’s Agreement, Business Hours, After Hours/Weekends or Holiday Rates.
