Data Center clients can report incidents or request support during business hours (0800-1700 US Central Time) using one of the following methods:

After business hours, clients should contact NetStandard:

  • The NSI NOC is staffed 24x7x365, but if service is required outside of business hours, a phone call should always be placed to ensure the requirements and urgency are adequately communicated.
