Technology Manager

Provides service management, procurement services, executive-level strategic planning, technology roadmapping, and overall account management. The Technology Manager will also work with you to create a personal health model and communication plan.

Backup Monitoring and Administration

NetStandard will help you set up a backup process to ensure the greatest protection of your data. Backup windows do not impact network performance, and NetStandard will monitor for confirmation of daily backup success and will remediate errors encountered during the backup process. Our Service Desk and Backup Management teams can assist in restoring data mistakenly deleted.

Server, Network Device, and PC/Laptops Monitoring and Maintenance

Monitoring and maintenance includes 24x7x365 monitoring of core network components, regular application of best practice server and PC/laptop and network component patches, including proactive research, identification and application of relevant firmware, operating system, and application patches. We will also include reviews of server event logs and evaluation and application of critical updates, management of network components to help maintain stable network operations, and assessment and remediation of issues. Our goal is to improve your security position, and our team will identify ways you can improve network security and security policy controls.

Service Desk/Incident Response

Our internal Service Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year by our Kansas City-based team. This team will serve as your single point of contact to register service requests and obtain assistance for your IT issues. As an added bonus, we use remote control tools that allow our engineers to view servers for remediation purposes.

Maintenance of Current Warranties and Licenses

This includes the cataloging and organization of hardware and software licensing, guidance on maintaining licensing agreements to retain necessary licensing, notifications on renewals for required licensing, and evaluation of options and recommendations for licensing agreements required to support business operations.

Automated Reporting

Online reporting for service history and system health and capacity.

Engineering Support

Engineering support is included as needed to resolve identified issues at the hardware and operating system layers. If needed, we can provide onsite service as needed to resolve issues. We currently have more than 65 talented engineers on staff.

Security Services

NetStandard manages remote access for users, assists with VPN issues, and manages enterprise-class antivirus software, including proactive updates, status reporting, and issues remediation.
