Microsoft is excited to announce the “LEAP AHEAD TO MICROSOFT DYNAMICS ERP” offer- a Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL US-based promotion targeting existing customers of Microsoft Office Accounting.

DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER OFFER
Effective November 30, 2009, and available until the end of the business day (11:59pm CST), Friday, June 25th, 2010.

OFFER TERMS, INCLUSIONS, EXCLUSIONS
Inclusions:

  • Applies to the first acquisition purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL software only.
  • The following Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Microsoft Dynamics SL software is eligible for the discount:
    • User Licenses of both Business Essentials and Advanced Management
    • All A’La Carte modules
  • Eligible customers must have acquired Microsoft Office Accounting on or before October 29, 2009.

Exclusions:

  • User offer does not apply to:
    • Enhancement Fees (Service Plan).  Enhancement fees must be calculated based on the published list price of all users and components.
    • SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
    • Business Lite Users.
    • Other Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solutions:  Microsoft Dynamics AX
    • Third Party (e.g., ISV) software and functionality.
  • Offer is limited to a total of 10 user licenses per customer.

Terms:

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount offers.
  • This offer is only available in US, and is available only to eligible US customers.
  • To be eligible, customer must purchase a 3-year service contract.  Customers will pay for years 2 and 3 at their renewal dates, not as an upfront payment.
